Requirements:

• Completion of ACGME or AMA approved residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in appropriate specialty
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in clinical medicine programs
• Texas Medical License or willingness to obtain within 180 days
• Strong leadership, communication, and physician collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and motivate medical teams
• Experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare environments
• Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
• Experience in correctional health environment preferred
• Spanish proficiency preferred
