Job Opportunity - Cardiac Electrophysiologist - Northern Arizona

Schedule: Flexible weekly assignments available from late April through December. Shifts run 7:00am-5:00pm with 1-hour lunch break. Weekly blocks scheduled throughout the year, including options around major holidays.

Highlights:

• Perform 4-6 electrophysiology cases per day, with 3-4 hospital consults daily
• Focus on cardiac ablations and heart rhythm disturbances in an adult patient population
• Utilize Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system with full autonomy in moderate sedation
• Work in both hospital-based Cath Lab and in-office clinic settings
• 268-bed facility using Cerner EMR with 4-hour remote orientation prior to start
• Ongoing contract opportunity with multiple week-long assignments available

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiac Electrophysiology
• Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain (proof of application required)
• DEA registration in Arizona
• ACLS certification current
• Minimum 1 year of experience with demonstrated proficiency in ablations
• Documentation of 100+ EP cases in the past 2 years, with emphasis on ablations
• Comfort performing moderate sedation independently and conducting TEEs
• Experience with Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system required
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
