• Work across three separate hospitals located within 5 minutes of each other, with primary placement at the main facility
• Diverse case mix including general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, interventional radiology, catheterization lab, thoracic, pediatrics, neuro, cardiac, and endoscopy procedures
• Comprehensive patient population spanning all age groups from neonates to geriatrics in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Practice across ambulatory surgery center and hospital environments
• Cerner EMR system utilized facility-wide
• Flexible coverage opportunity supporting three full-time equivalent positions

Requirements:

• Active West Virginia state license or ability to obtain
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience
• Cerner charting system experience required
• Ability to work across multiple hospital settings and surgical specialties
