Job Opportunity - Non-Invasive Cardiologist - Richmond, Virginia

Location: Richmond, Virginia

Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants

Schedule: Full-time coverage Monday through Friday with rotating night and weekend call (1:6 call ratio). Average of 10 clinic patients per day and 12-15 inpatient admissions per physician per day.

• Collaborate with 4 Advanced Practice Clinicians in a comprehensive inpatient and outpatient setting
• Work with EPIC EMR system for streamlined documentation

• Opportunity to utilize Advanced Heart Failure and VAD expertise in a clinical environment

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Non-Invasive Cardiology
• Active Virginia state medical license
• DEA certification
• ACLS certification
• Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) Certification required
• Advanced Heart Failure Fellowship with LVAD experience required
• Current NPDB Self-Query report (dated within 30 days of submission)
• Clean background required for consideration
• Local candidate preferred
