Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 24-hour physician coverage; flexible Full-Time Employee or Independent Contractor options available

• 27,000 annual ED volume in a 16-bed emergency department

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with EM experience
• Minimum 12 months or 2,000 hours of Emergency Medicine work experience (excluding training)
• Ohio medical license (in hand or in process)
• DEA certification (must be obtained prior to start date)
• Current NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days)
• Proof of COVID vaccination status
• Clean malpractice and licensing history
• Not accepting new graduates or visa candidates
