Requirements:

• Master's degree (minimum) or Doctorate in Nursing
• NNP Board Certification required (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)
• Current 2+ years of NNP experience required (new graduates not considered)
• Florida license or willingness to obtain
• Current NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days)
• DEA must be obtained prior to start date
• Clean malpractice history highly preferred
