Job Opportunity - Gastroenterologist - Georgia
Start Date: Not specified
Location: Southern Georgia region, convenient to metro Atlanta
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday through Friday, managing approximately 15-18 patients per day; 1:4 single hospital call schedule
Highlights:
- Join a large, well-established private gastroenterology practice with 200+ providers
- Work alongside a collegial team of 3 physicians and 4 clinic-based Advanced Practice Providers
- Comprehensive procedural scope including colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, EUS, enteroscopy, infusion services, and telehealth
- Associate-to-Partner pathway with equity and ownership opportunities, typically within 2 years
- Full benefits active on day 1 of employment, plus wRVU production bonuses
- No weekend coverage; predictable weekday schedule with manageable patient volume
Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Georgia medical license or willingness to obtain
- DEA registration required prior to start
- Open to new graduates through 2025 and J1/H1B visa candidates with sponsorship support
