Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support outpatient clinic operations across Hand Surgery, Gastroenterology, and Urology.

This role focuses on routine patient care, follow-ups, and care coordination in a collaborative, physician-led environment.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct outpatient visits for new and established patients
• Perform histories and physicals
• Manage routine follow-ups and post-procedure care
• Order and review labs and imaging (within scope)
• Provide patient education and treatment guidance
• Support telehealth visits as needed
• Coordinate care with physicians and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Scope

• Routine clinic visits and follow-ups
• Pre- and post-procedure care
• Diagnostic workups (labs, imaging)
• Telehealth check-ins

This is a collaborative role — complex cases are escalated to supervising physicians.

What We’re Looking For

• Active NP or PA license
• Board certified
• DEA (if required)
• 2+ years outpatient experience preferred
• Experience in surgical, GI, urology, or multispecialty settings is a plus
• Comfortable with EMR and telehealth workflows
• Strong communication and team mindset

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, standard business hours
• Flexible part-time or full-time
• Mix of in-person and telehealth
• No routine nights or weekends
