Job Opportunity - Electrophysiology Advanced Practice Provider - Northern Arizona
Start Date: Multiple start dates available beginning September 2025
Location: Northern Arizona
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch; hospital and clinic shifts; 3-4 weeks per month (minimum commitment)
Highlights:
- Join a very busy electrophysiology department providing comprehensive cardiovascular care
- Mixed practice setting with both hospital coverage and clinic responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced EP physicians in a collaborative, supportive environment
- Cerner EMR system with remote orientation provided prior to start
- See a variety of cases including follow-ups, post-ops, post-device checks, same-day appointments, and procedure follow-ups
- Clinic volume averaging 14 patients per day; variable hospital census
Requirements:
- Active Arizona state license (proof of application accepted if offer extended)
- Current board certification as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- DEA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in electrophysiology
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Credentialing timeline: 30-60 days
