Job Opportunity - Electrophysiology Advanced Practice Provider - Northern Arizona
Start Date: Multiple start dates available beginning August 2025 (ongoing assignments through April 2026)
Location: Northern Arizona
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch, 3-4 weeks per month (minimum commitment). Hospital shifts with possible clinic rotations. Multiple week-long assignment blocks available throughout the year.
Highlights:
- High-volume electrophysiology practice with diverse case mix including follow-ups, post-operative visits, post-device checks, same-day appointments, and procedure follow-ups
- Collaborative practice with EP physician support in both hospital and clinic settings
- Adult patient population with approximately 14 patients per day in clinic; variable hospital volume
- EMR system: Cerner
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days
- Remote orientation (approximately 4 hours) scheduled prior to start date
Requirements:
- Board Certification as Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Active Arizona license preferred; will consider candidates in licensing process
- DEA registration required
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in electrophysiology
- Ample experience with electrophysiology procedures and patient care
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)
