Schedule: 4 days per week outpatient and inpatient coverage; no call during locum period; minimum 6-month initial contract with 4 weeks availability each month

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology required
• Active South Carolina medical license required
• BLS and DEA certification required
• Clean background check required
• Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation mandatory
• Minimum 6-month commitment with consistent 4-day weekly availability
