Job Opportunity - Oncology Advanced Practice Provider - Southern Oregon Coast
Start Date: Not specified
Location: Southern Oregon Coastal Region
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: Full-time day shift, four 10-hour shifts, no nights or weekends
Highlights:
- Join a collaborative, growing Oncology service line at a 127-bed Level III Trauma Center serving a catchment area of over 320,000
- Primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient consults in a comprehensive cancer center affiliated with a major academic network
- State-of-the-art 19-chair infusion room with in-house pharmacy, nurse navigation, radiation oncology, and lab services
- Work alongside a high-caliber, collegial nursing and oncology team including nurse practitioners and oncologists
- Full range of services including radiation therapy, chemotherapy, medical oncology, cancer support services, and clinical trials
- EPIC EMR system with paid call shared equally among the team
Requirements:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- AONCP certification required for NP candidates (or in process); Oncology subspecialty training highly preferred for PA candidates
- Oregon license or willingness to obtain
- Experience practicing as an Oncology NP/PA in inpatient and/or outpatient settings highly preferred
- Clean malpractice history and background required
- Current NPDB self-query report required at time of submission
