Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM day shifts; no on-call requirements

• General surgical and endoscopy procedures in 2 operating rooms and 1 endoscopy suite
• Average of 15 cases per day across adult and pediatric populations
• EPIC EMR documentation system

• Level 4 trauma designation with 16,000 annual emergency department volume

Requirements:

• Board Certification through AANA
• Active Michigan CRNA license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency in general surgical anesthesia, nerve blocks, IV regional anesthesia, and plexus anesthesia
• Experience with spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia techniques
• Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
• NPDB self-query required (within 30 days of presentation)
• Local providers only; mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate
