Requirements:

• Active Michigan RN License (must have in hand prior to submission)
• NBCRNA Board Certification (current and active)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications through AHA
• Clean malpractice and license history
• Experienced providers only - new graduates not eligible
• Must be fully licensed; candidates waiting to obtain state license cannot be considered
