Job Opportunity - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Michigan
Start Date: Not specified
Location: Metropolitan Detroit Area, Michigan
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: Flexible self-scheduling model with 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, or 24-hour shifts; weekend on-call coverage Friday 7:00 PM to Monday 7:00 AM once every 6-week rotation block

Requirements:
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active NBCRNA certification
- Active Michigan RN License (must be in hand at time of application)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- DEA and CSR/CDS licensure (must be obtained prior to start date)
- Experienced CRNA candidates only; new graduates will not be considered
- Clean malpractice and licensure history with no exceptions
- Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and participate in on-call rotation
- Commitment to living within one hour of the facility
- Visa sponsorship available for H1B and J1 candidates
