Schedule: Flexible self-scheduling model with 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, or 24-hour shifts; weekend on-call coverage Friday 7:00 PM to Monday 7:00 AM once every 6-week rotation block

Requirements:

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active NBCRNA certification
• Active Michigan RN License (must be in hand at time of application)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• DEA and CSR/CDS licensure (must be obtained prior to start date)
• Experienced CRNA candidates only; new graduates will not be considered
• Clean malpractice and licensure history with no exceptions
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and participate in on-call rotation
• Commitment to living within one hour of the facility
• Visa sponsorship available for H1B and J1 candidates
