Schedule: Full-time inpatient position with scheduled night and weekend call coverage. Call includes two shifts per 6-week schedule with 1-hour response time and 2-hour minimum callback. Weekend rotation includes Saturday evening through Sunday coverage in rotating shifts.

Requirements:

• Board Certification as a CRNA (NBCRNA required)
• Active Michigan RN License (must be in hand at time of application)
• ACLS and BLS certifications (current and valid)
• At least 1-2 years of CRNA work experience post-training
• DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start
• Clean malpractice and license history
• Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days)
• Must be available for required call schedule and not seeking alternate shift arrangements
• Open to H1B and J1 Visa candidates
