Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; clinic call as needed; no weekend requirements

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology
• Active Michigan state license required; IMLC not accepted
• BLS/ACLS certification current
• NPDB self-query within 30 days of submission
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR preferred
