Schedule: 95% outpatient clinic, 5% inpatient; average 22 patients per day with 2-3 new consults; call coverage 2 nights per week (5:00 PM - 8:00 AM) plus every other weekend (Friday 5:00 PM - Monday 8:00 AM)

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology (required)
• Completed Hematology/Oncology Fellowship (required)
• Kentucky State Medical License (highly preferred)
• COVID-19 vaccination (required)
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (required)
• Experience in both outpatient and inpatient Hematology/Oncology (required)
• Proficiency in intrathecal chemotherapy administration (required)
• Intracavitary chemotherapy experience (highly preferred)
• Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation (required)
