Job Opportunity - Hematologist-Oncologist - Kentucky

Schedule: Ongoing locum coverage; 95% outpatient clinic, 5% inpatient; Average 22 patients per day with 2-3 new consults; Call coverage 2 nights per week (5 PM - 8 AM); Every other weekend (Friday 5 PM - Monday 8 AM)

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology required
• Completion of Hematology/Oncology Fellowship required
• Active state medical licensure (Kentucky highly preferred)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• COVID-19 vaccination required
• Demonstrated experience in outpatient and inpatient hematology/oncology required
• Intrathecal chemotherapy administration experience required
• Intracavitary chemotherapy experience highly preferred
• Self-Query NPDB report (dated within 30 days) required at time of submission
