Job Opportunity - Hematologist-Oncologist - Kentucky
Start Date: Not specified
Location: Western Kentucky Region
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: Ongoing locum coverage; 95% outpatient clinic, 5% inpatient; Average 22 patients per day with 2-3 new consults; Call coverage 2 nights per week (5 PM - 8 AM); Every other weekend (Friday 5 PM - Monday 8 AM)

- Intrathecal and intracavitary chemotherapy administration experience valued
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology required
- Completion of Hematology/Oncology Fellowship required
- Active state medical licensure (Kentucky highly preferred)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- COVID-19 vaccination required
- Demonstrated experience in outpatient and inpatient hematology/oncology required
- Intrathecal chemotherapy administration experience required
- Intracavitary chemotherapy experience highly preferred
- Self-Query NPDB report (dated within 30 days) required at time of submission
