Job Opportunity - Oncology/Hematology Physician - Northern Oregon

Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing

Location: Northern Oregon

Schedule: 4-5 days per week, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with optional administrative time. Call coverage is 7 days per month including one weekend, in a 1:4 rotation.

Highlights:

• Outpatient focus in a freestanding cancer center with EPIC EMR
• Primarily solid tumor oncology (approximately 80%) with hematology consults (20%)
• Work alongside 3 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers in a collaborative team environment
• Patient volume of 10-15 per day in clinic; inpatient rounding limited to chemotherapy admissions
• Radiation oncology support available on-site
• Ongoing locum need due to physician retirement and relocation

Requirements:

• Board Certified in both Hematology and Oncology
• Active Oregon medical license (IMLC and Compact not accepted)
• DEA registration
• Clean background and malpractice history highly preferred
• CAQH login and password required at time of offer
• Self-query NPDB report required at time of presentation
• Credentialing timeframe: 6-8 weeks
