Job Opportunity - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Minnesota
Start Date: August 2026
Location: Minnesota (Must reside 50+ miles from the facility)
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: Flexible shift options including 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts (6:30am-3pm, 6:30am-5pm, 6:30am-7pm). Full-time coverage with minimum 36 hours per week, 2 weeks per month. Initial three months require two consecutive weeks per month. Optional beeper call available (weekend 12-hour and weeknight 8-hour shifts).
Highlights:
- Supervised care team model (4:1 ratio) with 24-hour anesthesia aid support for room turnover and supplies
- Level III tertiary facility treating patients age 12 and older with specialized care procedures
- Epic EMR system in use
- Ongoing assignment with initial 4-month contract; flexibility to transition to every-other-week schedule after initial 3 months
- Scope focused on anesthesia delivery (no blocks, a-lines, epidurals, or spinals performed by CRNAs)
- 3-day paid orientation with monthly orientation cohorts beginning the second Monday of each month
Requirements:
- Active Minnesota RN and CRNA licensure (MN is not a compact state)
- ACLS and BLS certification required upon hire
- Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
- Epic charting system experience required
- Skills checklist required at time of submission
- Must reside 50+ miles from the facility location
- Credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days
- Fingerprinting required (typically 48 hours to post; must be completed prior to privileges)
