Job Opportunity - Maternal Fetal Medicine - Virginia
Start Date: May 2025 (multiple dates available)
Location: Central Virginia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: Office-based practice with inpatient coverage; averaging 27 scheduled patients per day; weekday and weekend call

- Collaborative two-provider service model supported by NP, RN clinic educator, sonographer, genetic counselor, and front office team
- EPIC and Viewpoint EMR systems with onsite ultrasound capabilities (GE 10 equipment)
- Level III nursery support for comprehensive maternal-fetal care
- Locum support opportunity during active recruitment period with flexible assignment dates
- 90-day credentialing timeframe
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Completed MFM Fellowship
- Virginia medical license
- BLS certification
- AIUM Certification preferred
- Proficiency in amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, and cerclage (preferred)
- Experience managing pre-eclampsia, multiple pregnancy, growth restriction, chromosomal and congenital abnormalities, pre-term labor, hypertension, thrombophilia, and other high-risk maternal-fetal conditions
- Current Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation required
