Job Opportunity - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Northwest Central Ohio
Start Date: Not specified
Location: Northwest Central Ohio region
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: Flexible self-scheduling with 8-hour or 12-hour shift options; part-time or full-time availability; equitable call schedule

Requirements:
- Board Certified CRNA
- Ohio state license or willingness to obtain
- DEA license (must be obtained prior to start date)
- Clean malpractice and license history
- Current NPDB Self Query Report
- Permanent position; relocation to the immediate local area may be required
