Job Opportunity - Nurse Practitioner - Vermont

Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), daytime hours, no weekends or holidays, rotating on-call coverage
Highlights:

- Provide comprehensive patient care including evaluation, treatment planning, diagnostic testing, and post-operative management
- Assist with urologic surgeries and office-based procedures in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment

- Full-time permanent position with daytime schedule and no weekend coverage

Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Vermont APRN License
- Two years of nursing experience in Urology required
- Healthcare Provider CPR Certification
- DEA License
- ANCC certification
- Current NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days)
- Must reside within one hour of the practice location
