Schedule: Full-time position with light call schedule covering approximately 7 days per month

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Completion of an accredited urology residency program in the United States or Canada
• Active or ability to obtain Vermont medical license prior to start date
• DEA certification required
• Clean malpractice history with current NPDB Self Query Report
• Must reside within one hour of the practice location
• U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship not available
