Job Opportunity - Urologist - Northeast Ohio
Start Date: Not specified
Location: Northeast Ohio region

Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: Full-time schedule, 17-20 office/clinic patients per day average, on-call 10 days per month

- Collaborative practice with 2 current urologists, dedicated ancillary staff including 2 LPNs and 1 receptionist, plus onsite lab and x-ray
- EPIC EMR system with PVR scanner equipment available
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain
- BLS and ACLS certification or willingness to obtain
- DEA registration required prior to start
- Demonstrated proficiency in general urology, advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries, and other specialized urological procedures
- Must reside within 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days contingent on timely submission of required documentation
