Schedule: Full-time schedule, 17-20 office/clinic patients per day average, on-call 10 days per month

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain
• BLS and ACLS certification or willingness to obtain
• DEA registration required prior to start
• Demonstrated proficiency in general urology, advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries, and other specialized urological procedures
• Must reside within 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
• Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days contingent on timely submission of required documentation
