Schedule: Flexible office hours averaging 20-30 patients/day; 1.5-2 OR days per week based on surgical volume; no more than 1:3 call, very light with mostly phone consultations

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Urology
• Active or willing to obtain Ohio medical license
• DEA must be obtained prior to start date
• Clean malpractice and licensure history
• U.S. work authorization required; visa candidates not accepted
