Job Opportunity - Urology Physician - Central/Northwest Ohio
Start Date: Not specified
Location: Central/Northwest Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Housing/Travel: Lodging recommendations available; to qualified applicants
Schedule: Flexible office hours averaging 20-30 patients/day; 1.5-2 OR days per week based on surgical volume; no more than 1:3 call, very light with mostly phone consultations

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Urology
- Active or willing to obtain Ohio medical license
- DEA must be obtained prior to start date
- Clean malpractice and licensure history
- U.S. work authorization required; visa candidates not accepted
